又到一年毕业时，为让毕业生在离校之际还能再次感受“爱在湖工”，进一步做好我校2021届夏季国际毕业生教育管理服务工作，营造感恩、不舍、励志的毕业氛围，大力加强毕业生的情感引导和人文关怀，国际学院决定在做好疫情防控的前提下，开展“感恩•远航”毕业季系列活动，具体安排如下：
Staff and Students:
Graduation season is once again around the corner, School of International Education decided to carry out “Gratitude, Sailing to the Future” graduation season series to let the graduates feel the love of HBUT. SIE will carry out all activities under the requirements of Pandemic Control and Prevention.

活动目的：
Purpose:
通过组织开展毕业季系列活动，激发毕业生感恩母校、关注母校的情感，增强毕业生对母校和中国的认同感，唤起毕业生对母校和中国的感恩之情，增强知华爱华友华的校友情怀；让毕业生在人生关键时刻体会到母校的关注、爱护和支持，带着母校的祝福与希冀远航前行，留下美好、深刻、难忘的毕业季印象；努力提高毕业生的历史使命感、社会责任感，倡导文明离校。
By organizing a series of activities in the graduation season, we wish to inspire graduates to be grateful, enhance their life long sense of HBUT member, arouse their gratitude to their Alma mater and China, and enhance their alumni sentiments as Chinese Culture Liaison. Let the graduates experience the attention, love and support of their Alma mater at critical moments in their lives, and take the blessing and hope of their Alma mater to sailing forward, leaving a beautiful, deep and unforgettable impression on the graduation season. Making efforts to improve the graduates' sense of historical mission, social responsibility, advocating civilized leaving school.

2021届夏季优秀国际毕（结）业生评选
The Selection of Summer 2021 Outstanding International Graduate (Completion) Students
主要内容：根据《湖北工业大学优秀国际毕业生评选办法》，通过对毕业生的GPA、HSK通级情况、参与活动和参与竞赛等获奖情况等进行量化评分，对于排名前20%的优秀毕业生给予“优秀毕（结）业生”称号，并颁发证书和优秀毕业生纪念品。
活动时间：3月15日至4月30日
责任人：留管办、教学办、全体毕业班班主任
Main Part: According to the “Measures for the Outstanding International Graduate Selection of Hubei University of Technology”,graduates will be ranked by their graduation GPA, HSK level, activities and competitions participated in a quantitative score awards and so on, title, certificate, souvenir of "Outstanding Graduate" will be awarded to the top 20% outstanding graduates.

Follow Regulations to Leave Campus
主要内容：毕业生即将告别培育自己多年的母校，带着对未来事业的无限憧憬，留在中国，或回到自己祖国的怀抱。在别离之际，我院倡议全体毕业生将文明留给母校，将感恩留给师长，将关心留给同学，将信心留给自己，真正做到文明离校、诚信离校、有序离校、圆满离校、感恩离校、奉献离校。

Activity Requirements:
1、各办公室、毕业班班主任要高度重视毕业生离校教育工作，根据学院统一安排，认真组织毕业季活动。班主任要围绕自己所带班级实际，根据学院安排，精心组织策划毕业季系列活动。
1.Each office and the supervisors of the graduating class should attach great importance to the graduates leaving school education, and organize the graduation season activities according to the unified arrangement of the school. The supervisors should organize and plan the series of graduation season activities elaborately according to the arrangement of the school and the reality of the class he leads.
2、各辅导员和班主任要充分认识毕业生教育管理工作对维护校园安全稳定的重要意义，要注意了解和掌握毕业生的思想动向，特别要高度关注特殊毕业生群体，发现问题及时处理，确保毕业生文明、安全离校。

3、疫情防控期间，要进一步强化“学生为本”的服务意识，设身处地为毕业生着想，为毕业生排忧解难，尽力为毕业生提供热情、方便、快捷的服务，以实际行动开展好“毕业教育”这堂重要的课程，帮助毕业生树立“知华友华爱华”，“爱校荣校”的正确观念。
3.
